Urgent Update:
Orders placed between the 22nd Jan to the 1st of February before we stopped accepting orders have been affected by this. Unfortunately many of our staff aren't able to return to work at the moment so there are large delays leaving the country for all the orders dispatched from our Hangzhou warehouse. We don't have much control of the situation as the restrictions on people are very strict at the moment. Hence we aren't able to provide an expected delivery date at this time. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated on this terrible situation. We hope the situation can return to normal as soon as possible to get order out to our customers.

Some of our staff have been given permission by the government to return to work. Orders can be processed and shipped but at a slight reduction in capacity.
